Rotala PLC Proposes Final Dividend for the Year 2018, Payable on June 28, 2019

Rotala PLC announced that the board will recommend to the forthcoming Annual General Meeting a final dividend in respect of 2018 of 1.78 pence per share making a total of 2.70 pence for the year, 2017: 2.50 pence. The dividend will be paid, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, on June 28, 2019 to all shareholders on the register on June 07, 2019.

Rotala PLC announced earnings results for the full year ended November 30, 2018. For the full year, the company announced sales was GBP 62.408 million compared to GBP 52.625 million a year ago.
