Wellness and Beauty Solutions Limited Signs Contract for Three Exclusive Homeware Brand Ranges for Myer Department Stores

Wellness and Beauty Solutions Limited has signed a contract with upmarket Australian department store chain Myer Holdings Limited to design and manufacture three new private label homeware ranges on its behalf. The three bespoke ranges have been developed by WNB subsidiary, The Giving Brands Company (GBCo), in line with Myer's renewed focus on retailing its Myer Exclusive Brands (MEBs). The new `Only at Myer' ranges, which include a range of personal care products and unique home fragrancing accessories, have been created exclusively for the department store's Homeware section for everyday home living. The new ranges are planned for instore launch in late Winter/early Spring 2019 and WNB expects the contract will generate annual sales revenue to the Company in excess of $1.4 million in 2020. First revenue from this agreement is expected in first quarter of 2020. WNB's contract with Myer also diversifies the Company's revenue stream into creation of private label brands, providing a significant opportunity to partner with other leading retailers to develop and manufacture their own range of products.

Wellness and Beauty Solutions Limited Extends License Agreement with Elle Brand

Wellness and Beauty Solutions Limited announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Giving Brands Company (GBCo), has been given approval to engage retailers in Europe and North America for its ELLE makeup range. Lagardère Active Enterprises (LAE) owns the internationally recognised ELLE brand and has licensed GBCo to design, manufacture and retail beauty, skincare and related accessories products for three ELLE ranges - ELLE Colour Cosmetics, ELLE Kids and ELLE Baby - that are planned for launch in Australia in 2019. A division of the Lagardère Group, which reported revenue in 2017 of 7.1 billion (AUD 11.4 billion), Lagardère Active owns premium brands such as ELLE, Paris Match, Europe 1, Gulli and Doctissimo. It has 124 press titles in key markets across the globe, 21 radio stations, 12 TV channels, 25 websites, 19 production houses, and a powerful advertising sales brokerage. The Group has been granted an international brand licence for ELLE cosmetics and skincare products. This significant achievement recognises GBCo's expertise and experience in creating and developing outstanding beauty and wellness brands." The term of the initial licence is four years commencing in 2019. GBCo is well advanced in development of three ELLE product ranges. The company's ELLE Colour Cosmetics range includes more than 50 individual product lines or stock keeping units (SKUs). GBCo's agreement with Lagardère for this range is: Region 1 Australia and New Zealand Exclusive Licence; Region 2 United Kingdom and Germany Exclusive Licence; Region 3 United States and Canada Approval to evaluate market opportunity. GBCo's contract with Lagardère for Elle Kids and ELLE Baby ranges, which includes more than 35 individual product skus, has been extended to include key Asian markets. The three regions WNB is licensed to sell the ELLE Kids and ELLE Baby ranges are: Region 1 Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom; Region 2 China, Hong Kong and Thailand; Region 3 South East Asia, namely Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines and Myanmar. GBCo will launch ELLE Colour Cosmetics, ELLE Kids and ELLE Baby ranges in Australia and New Zealand in 2019.
