Woomera's Musgrave Tenements Reinstated and RC Drill Program Indicates NI-CR and CU-CO Mineralisation

Woomera Mining Limited announced that it has been granted two tenements in the Musgrave Province that restore its original tenement package, as well as the reporting of assay results from a November 2018 RC drilling program at the Musgrave Alcurra-Tieyon Project. This drilling program of 1728m was designed to test three geophysical anomalies previously identified from 3D modelling of ground and airborne magnetic and ground electromagnetic data. Tenements Granted The tenements granted to Woomera are on E6342, E6343 and E6344, and cover the same area as tenements E6091 and E6092 in the Musgrave Province and E6133 in the Gawler Craton that were inadvertently allowed to lapse in October 2018. The granting of these tenements restores Woomera's Alcurra-Tieyon and Carulinia projects to their original foot print and enables Woomera to resume its exploration programs for the two projects. Woomera's South Australian tenement holding as of 8 May 2019. Musgrave Alcurra-Tieyon Project and interim drilling results: A 1728m RC drilling program was completed in November 2018 to test three geophysical anomalies previously identified from 3D modelling of ground and airborne magnetic and ground electromagnetic data. The drill hole details are summarised in Table 1 and the target areas are All holes intersected thick sequences of mantle derived mafic magmas with numerous zones of magnetite-rich gabbro and minor sulphides. Preliminary assays have been recorded using a portable X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyser. The portable XRF data will be supplemented with laboratory assays for an expanded range of elements and petrological analysis. Stand out XRF results were recorded in the Galagher#2 hole over an interval of 78m from 23m to 101m with nickel averaging 719ppm, peaking at 1006ppm and chrome averaging 719ppm and peaking at 1140ppm.

Woomera Mining Limited Announces Completion of Reconnaissance Rock Chip and Gridded Soil Sampling Program

Woomera Mining Ltd. announced the completion of a reconnaissance rock chip and gridded soil sampling program conducted in November 2018 over the Company's Pilgangoora Project Area covering E 45/4790 and E 45/4796. The Project is located on 100% owned tenements approximately 100km south east of Port Hedland – the Pilgangoora region is known as one of the world's richest pegmatite-hosted lithium provinces. Rock chips and gridded 400m x 400m soil sampling demonstrated that the area contained evolved pegmatites carrying anomalous lithium, caesium and tantalum. Geological mapping recorded numerous pegmatites of variable widths and lengths occurring within the Project Area. Several dozen pegmatites were observed and it is likely that many more are present given the limited outcrop in the areas mapped and sampled. The board and management of Woomera Mining were encouraged by the results of the Stage 1 exploration program. The results suggested the Project Area to be prospective for lithium-caesium-tantalum pegmatites, more complex petalite-lepidolite-elbaite-amblygonite pegmatites and also for rare earth allanite-monazite pegmatites. A second more comprehensive soil sampling and rock chip program was completed between 20 February and 3 March 2019 and the results reported herein. A total of 588 soil samples were collected on nominal 100m x 100m and 100m x 200m grid over areas of lithium anomalism identified during the Stage 1 sampling program. In addition to the soil sampling, 64 rock chip samples were taken across E 45/4790 and E 45/4796. Sampling was undertaken on numerous pegmatite mineral scatters, on rarer pegmatite outcrops and over a 3km x 2.5 km area in central mid E 45/4790 consisting of greisenised granite. A total of 739 soil samples were collected during the Stage 1 and Stage 2 programs. Analytical results show; 322 samples greater than the weighted average value of 25.9ppm lithium: 29 samples highly anomalous for lithium assaying above 47.4 ppm, with a peak value of 82.4ppm; Niobium up to 125ppm; Caesium up to 40.4ppm; Tantalum up to 43ppm In addition to the soil samples, a total of 96 rock samples were collected from 2 sampling programs. Analytical results show: 17 samples above 100ppm lithium, with a peak value of 280ppm; Beryllium up to 1910ppm; Niobium up to 80ppm; Caesium up to 62.4ppm; Tin up to 25ppm; up to 20.6ppm; Phospherous up to 2,400ppm; Rubidium up to 1,155ppm and Total peak values of rare earth elements up to 286ppm. The results demonstrate that several areas are highly anomalous for lithium bearing pegmatites and these areas will be the focus of RC drilling. Rock chip sampling was undertaken on numerous scattered pegmatites, and rare outcropping pegmatite. A 3km x 2.5 km area in central-mid E 45/4790 consists of greisenised granite with a core area covering 2km x 1.5km of intense greisenisation.

Woomera Mining Limited Announces Update on Musgrave Alcurra Tieyon Project

Woomera Mining Limited advised that OZ Exploration Pty Ltd. (OZE) has indicated it has decided to bring its participation in the Musgrave Alcurra Tieyon Project (Musgrave Project) under the Heads of Agreement dated 11 September 2017, to an early close. The outcome of this decision would bring the Musgrave Project back to 100% control for Woomera. OZE has requested a meeting to discuss the details for the ending of its participation in the Project, and Woomera will inform shareholders of the outcome of those discussions. While disappointing that the Heads of Agreement will not proceed with OZE, the Woomera board and management are confident that the Musgrave Project, under 100% control by the Company, remains a valuable and highly prospective asset. Woomera maintains the means and determination to press forward with exploration plans on selected targets within the Musgrave Project that have been identified by early stage exploration so far conducted under the Heads of Agreement. Woomera remains prepared and able to proceed with the completion of the suspended drilling program, as soon as possible after the replacement exploration licences (ELs) referred to in the Company's announcement of 13 February 2019, are granted. In this regard, Woomera notes that formal notice of the intention to make those grants was published by the SA Department of Energy and Mining (DEM) in The Advertiser newspaper on 14 March 2019. Results from exploration on the Musgrave tenements to date have delivered encouraging indications to the Company that will be followed up once the replacement ELs are formally granted to Woomera. DEM has advised that the replacement ELs will be granted to Woomera once progressed through standard procedures. Woomera continues to maintain and is actively exploring across an extensive portfolio of exploration assets situated in South and Western Australia and prospective for Copper, Lithium, Gold, Uranium, Iron Ore, Nickel and Cobalt in regions such as Mt Cattlin, the Musgraves, Pilgangoora and the Gawler Craton.
