The company’s suite of solutions includes the following key capabilities: Product Catalog, Inventory and Order Management: The company provides a platform for its customers to upload and modify their product catalog data, monitor inventory stock levels and create a single inventory feed that serves multiple available online channels. Managing inventory and order data is the foundation for majority of the customer activity on its platform. The company offers various ways for customers to enter and modify product data, including through an user interface, file exchange and application programming interfaces (APIs). The company’s platform is capable of scaling to support various customers during critical selling periods, such as the year-end holiday season. The flexibility of the system allows each customer to customize the product catalog data specific to its products, such as size, color, height and width, and to vary the format of the data to meet the specific requirements of each channel.
